FREE Delivery: is available on all UK orders. All items are sent by Royal Mail and usually take 3-5 working day to arrive.
For overseas delivery, postage costs £2.95. These items usually take a week to arrive.
Returns
Refunds are available on any TEFL Shop product returned within 30 days of you receiving the order, provided they are unused and within their original packaging. Refunds are available on any unused Training Course within 7 days of you placing the order. We advise that you send your goods via recorded delivery as UK-TEFL cannot be held responsible for items that have been lost or damaged in transit.
We do not offer a free returns service.
